Ways of payment

As the Representative Office of the leading European kitchen factory, we provide the highest level of service - for your convenience, we offer various payment options. You can pay in any convenient way:

• Pay the bill at the cash desk of any bank
• payment by credit card through the site
• cashless payment (we work with VAT)
• in one of our Salons
• cash on delivery (upon receipt of goods at one of the branches of the New Mail)
  

Information about delivery

A frequent question after choosing Italian cuisine is the delivery time.

As a representative of the factory, we guarantee the fastest possible delivery to our warehouse in Kiev. From the moment of prepayment, your order is sent to the Factory. The production and delivery time for Italian cuisine Arredo3 is 2 months and 1 week.

In the salons of Italian kitchens Arredo3 you can buy a ready-made kitchen from the exposition, or order the required composition of the kitchen, which we will bring from Italy according to individual sizes.

In both cases, delivery and assembly is carried out by our craftsmen with experience in assembling Italian kitchens - more than 15 years.

What happens after the kitchen arrives at our warehouse in Kiev?

The designer who runs your project contacts you to agree on the time for delivery and installation;

furniture delivery to the customer's address;

installation of a kitchen / other furniture at the address;

HPL countertop is installed immediately with the kitchen @

countertop made of artificial stone (quartzite, acrylic, ceramics, Lapitec) will be made after installing the kitchen within 10 working days.

Правила возврата товара и платежей

Возврат товара осуществляется согласно «Закона о защите прав потребителя». Вы можете вернуть или обменять товар в течение 14 дней с момента получения при условии:

• Товарного вида изделия, без следов использования и эксплуатации;
• Целостности оригинальной упаковки с сохранением всех ярлыков и бирок;
• Наличия документов, подтверждающих покупку товара;
• Товар (кухня) поставленный индивидуально под заказ по размерам Вашего помещения, возврату и обмену не подлежит.

Процедура Возврата товара и платежей:

• Убедитесь, что возвращаемый товар соответствует условиям возврата/обмена;
• Свяжитесь с нами, что бы менеджер магазина выслал Вам данные, куда необходимо возвращать товар;
• Вернуть/обменять товар Вы можете по той же Товарно-транспортной накладной, по которой он был получен.
• На Новой почте при себе необходимо иметь возвращаемый товар, соответствующий условиям, внутренний  чек и Товарно-транспортную накладную;
• Заполните «Форму Возврата»;
• Возврат денежных средств происходит в течение 7 банковских дней, с момента получения товара, который подлежит возврату;
• Возврат производится за счет покупателя.

Денежные средства за Возврат товара Вы можете получить:

• На банковскую карту «Visa/MasterCard». Необходимо заполнить «Форму Возврата»;
• На Новой Почте. При данном возврате средств, все затраты по пересылке и возврату платежа, производится за счет покупателя; 
• В Салоне, в котором вы осуществляли покупку.
